Agreement and scope

These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and PocketzWorld Inc., doing business as Pocket Worlds (“Pocket Worlds,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this corporate website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

Highrise, Everskies, and other Pocket Worlds products have separate terms, community rules, creator terms, and policies. Those product documents—not these Website Terms—govern your use of those products. If there is a conflict, the terms presented within the applicable product control for that product.

The corporate website

This website provides information about Pocket Worlds, our portfolio, technology, careers, investment thesis, and business opportunities. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time. Content may become outdated, and we do not promise that every description, statistic, job opening, or external resource will remain current.

The website is not a game service, player-support channel, investment offering, employment offer, or promise to enter into any transaction. Product support requests should be sent through the support resources for the relevant world.

License and ownership

The website and its text, design, graphics, logos, artwork, software, media, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Pocket Worlds and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Product names and third-party marks belong to their respective owners.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use this website for lawful informational purposes. Applications may be processed through a third-party recruiting platform.

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that information will always be complete or current. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, their aggregate liability for claims relating to the website will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
